Pottstown Children's Discovery Center Birthday Party Rental Form

Birthday Party Rental - Base Cost of $300.00.

Includes 20 guests (10 children and 10 adults), private use of the 'Exploration Studio' for two hours during normal business hours and free play in the center for all guests.

Additional party guests are $10 per child and $5 per adult.

• Party times are 10 am and 1 pm on Saturdays. Contact us for alternate days.

• A $200.00 deposit is needed at the time of booking, remaining balance paid on the day of the event.

• Birthday boy or girl gets a PCDC t-shirt, and each attending child will get a PCDC sticker!

You may bring in finger food, pizzas, drinks and dessert to celebrate in the 'Exploration Studio'. (No food or drinks are permitted anywhere else in the building).

You will have a designated party host throughout the day for anything you may need.

10:00 am Party Schedule

Set up 9:45 am

Party Time 10:00 am

Party room use 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Clean up 11:30 am - 11:45 am

1:00 pm Party Schedule

Set up 12:45 pm

Party Time 1:00 pm

Party room use 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Clean up 2:30 pm - 2:45 pm

PCDC will decorate the Party Area for your celebration.

Any time over two hour rental use of the ‘Exploration Studio’ will be charged $75 per half hour.

Birthday parties include 20 guests (10 children and 10 adults), any additional guests will be $10 per child and $5 per adult.

Food and drink is not permitted anywhere in the building except for the Party Area.
